Paying and renewing: how it works
Ordering, paying and renewing at ID-Euro is straightforward. Here is how it works, so you know what to expect.
Ordering and payment
- You place an order for a domain, hosting or a certificate in the control panel.
- A registration, renewal or transfer is only carried out after your payment has been received.
- You receive your invoice electronically.
Renewing
Services run for at least one year and need to be renewed to continue. Renew in time (make sure the payment is received before the expiry date), or enable auto-renew. See renewing your domain.
Prices
The price that applies is the one valid at the moment you pay. Prices can change, so check the current rate on the relevant page before you order.
Frequently asked questions
When is my registration active? Once your payment has been received; it is not enough to only place the order.
Do I get an invoice? Yes, electronically.
