A professional e-mail address at your own domain (you@yourdomain.be) builds trust. With web hosting you create mailboxes yourself and make sure mail arrives correctly.

Create a mailbox

• In the control panel, add a mailbox for your domain and set a strong password.
• Repeat for each address you need (info@, sales@, and so on).

Make sure mail arrives: MX records

Your MX records tell the world which mail servers handle e-mail for your domain. When you host mail with us, point the MX records to our mail servers. Without correct MX records, incoming mail will not arrive. See DNS records explained.

Set it up in your mail app

Add the mailbox in your phone or mail program using the incoming and outgoing server details from the control panel. Prefer webmail? You can also read your mail in the browser.

Frequently asked questions

I do not receive mail. Check that your MX records point to the right mail servers and have propagated.

Can I use my own e-mail provider? Yes, just point the MX records to that provider instead.
