Web hosting: simple and managed

With web hosting you get space for your websites and mailboxes on our managed infrastructure. We take care of the server, security and daily backups; you just build your site. Ideal for business sites, portfolios, blogs and web shops.

VPS: your own server, full control

A VPS is your own private server with root access and dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, storage). You install and configure what you want, optionally with Plesk. Ideal for custom applications, heavier workloads, or when you simply want full control.

Which one fits you?

• Want it simple and looked after, without server management? Choose web hosting.
• Need root access, specific software or more power? Choose a VPS.
• Not sure yet? Start with web hosting; you can always switch to a VPS later.

Can I host e-mail on both? Web hosting includes mailboxes. On a VPS you set up mail yourself (or with Plesk).

Do I need technical skills for a VPS? Some, yes: you manage the server. Prefer to avoid that? Web hosting is the better fit.

Can I switch later? Web hosting and a VPS are two separate services, so there is no in-place "upgrade". But you can always switch: we help you move your site and data to a VPS when you are ready.
